We are looking for caring, reliable and resourceful people to join our Craven team. Because many of our clients live in rural locations, a driving licence and access to your own transport are essential for this role.
Craven covers some of Yorkshire’s most beautiful countryside, much of it within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Your day might take you along quiet Dales roads between villages, meeting people who are deeply rooted in their communities.
In rural areas loneliness can be a real challenge, and you may be one of the few people a client sees each day. Alongside personal care, companionship is a big part of this role, and we also provide night care so families know their loved one is not alone.

No. Many of our best carers started with no experience at all. We provide full, paid training, from moving and handling and the Care Certificate through to dementia and end of life care, so you will feel confident from day one.
Yes. We provide both waking and sleeping night care, so night work may be available if it suits you.
Yes. We offer full and part time permanent contracts and will work with you to find hours that fit around school, family or other commitments.
