We are recruiting experienced care assistants and home care workers to join our established domiciliary care team, supporting clients in their own homes across the local area.
Please note: we do not offer sponsorship, and this role is for experienced carers who would like to progress with the company.
We are particularly interested in professional carers who take pride in delivering safe, person centred care and who are looking for long term stability, not just short term shifts.
Location: Ilkley and the local area
Pay: £13.50 per hour weekdays, £15.20 per hour after 6pm and at weekends
Experience: minimum 12 months in care
Driving licence and own vehicle: required
What You Will Be Doing
- Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
- Administering and recording medication
- Supporting mobility and safe moving and handling
- Assisting with nutrition and hydration
- Completing accurate digital care records
- Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 12 months’ care experience (domiciliary or residential)
- Confidence with medication administration
- A full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- A professional, reliable and compassionate approach
