You do not need previous care experience. What matters most is that you are compassionate, reliable and treat people with the dignity and respect you would want for someone you love. We will provide the training and support you need.
Location: Ilkley and Burley in Wharfedale
Pay: £13.50 to £15.20 per hour
Driving licence: preferred
What the Role Involves
- Supporting people with personal care in a respectful and sensitive way
- Helping with medication, meals and everyday household tasks
- Providing companionship and reassurance
- Encouraging independence rather than taking over
- Noticing and reporting changes in a person’s wellbeing
- Building trusted relationships with clients and their families
- Keeping accurate care records
- Travelling between clients’ homes

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred because our clients live in different local communities.
